What you will be doing?

What are the requirements?

Job Description:

-To manage all rumah123 paid channel ( google adwords , GDN ,   social media ads ) include daily monitoring and weekly         reporting

-Manage the paid channel to work effectively and keep the    budget on track ( or even lower ) 

 

-Working closely with internal digital team and other department to create strategy for paid channel to meet business objective

-Develop proper time management to ensure projects are delivered on time  with Liaison with third party agencies to ensure smooth execution of paid campaigns 

-Execute paid campaigns on Google, Yahoo, Twitter, Facebook and other media platforms

-Constantly optimize ads, keywords and bids to improve ROI

Responsibilities:

  • Assist financial controller on the day to day Finance & Accounting function including but not limited to BS reconciliation, AP monitoring, Cash management, and taxation
  • Produce realiable financial information, including monthly/quarterly/yearly result and perform effective analysis on the actual trend, variance analysis and give recommendation to Financial Controller for the cost and cash flow improvement.
  • Ensure All the balance sheet account supported with proper schedule with relevant information and identified the balance sheet exposure, propose necessary action
  • Reviewing the journal entry prior post to the system to ensure accuracy of financial statement
  • Ensure the compliance of Group Policy and work together with Financial controllor in driving  the improvement on work qualty of Finance team, build and implement standard operating process and procedure that connect to finance function
  • Responsible for cash flow and month end closing reporting package. All is organized and submitted to Group with high accuracy and timely.

Requirements:
