Details :-This is a home that has been beautifully kept and designed to make the most of the trade winds ensuring it keeps it us cool even in the very hot summer. We have two Master Suites although the 2nd suite can and has been used as a Gymnasium in the past.
The open plan living area opens onto wide covered terraces which doubles the living areas . The dining area and kitchen are open plan and open onto the courtyard.
We have four good sized bedrooms all en-suite and air-conditioned, plus we have guest cottage in the grounds, which many use for their staff, but we tend to use for storage, but it has a good sized bathroom and easily provides extra accommodation if needed.
We live in Sea-Horse-Ranch which if you check you will see it is the finest community in the north coast, with superb management, 24 hours security, incredible amenities and first class restaurant. Several owners use the offices here to rent out their properties whilst they are not in residence, the price for a home like ours would be around $900 - $1000 per night.
Incredibly our monthly charges for running a house of this size 350m2 is about $1000 - $1200 per month, (which includes our three horses stabled here.)
The house is deceiving not looking overly large from outside but is well planned to offer lots of space and entertainment areas. Our terraces alone can accommodate at least 100 people for a Party (we have proof)!
Each bedroom is in a different part of the house allowing our guests privacy if wanted. We can walk to three of the beaches here and the Beach Club within 5 minutes. It is very safe and secure and children enjoying cycling through the wide landscaped boulevards leading to the lagoon pools, stables and tennis club.
The house is about fifteen years old and in excellent condition. I used to be an interior designer, so I feel we have made a really lovely space for vacationers and residents alike.
We now wish to travel a little more and want to buy a slightly saller house here and on the elsewhere, although our home was in the UK. We have thought about a part exchange with another property which would allow us to do that, we will consider this very pssoble if this is something you wish to consider. However our home over here will always be in Sea hourse Ranch, (albeit a smaller property) as there is no point in trying to get this standard anywhere else.
