The First 3-in-1 SOBIZ Concept (Shop-Office-Business) in Indonesia

AURUM also introduces the SOBIZ (Shop-Office-Business) 3-in-1 concept, the first of its kind in Indonesia. Each SOBIZ shophouse unit is designed to be multifunctional for retail, office, and business use within a single building. Each SOBIZ block has separate access for commercial and office areas to ensure operational flexibility. The open-space concept and natural ventilation are enhanced with spacious balconies and alfresco areas that support comfort and social interaction. Some units face directly toward the lake or main roads, ensuring optimal natural lighting and attractive views. The area offers several SOBIZ unit types, each with its own advantages:
