AURUM also introduces the SOBIZ (Shop-Office-Business) 3-in-1 concept, the first of its kind in Indonesia. Each SOBIZ shophouse unit is designed to be multifunctional, combining retail, office, and business spaces in one building. Every SOBIZ block has separate access for commercial and office areas to ensure operational flexibility. The open-space concept and natural ventilation are enhanced by spacious balconies and alfresco areas that support comfort and social interaction.
