Grand Batang City

Grand Batang City is an industrial area located in Batang Regency, Central Java and has a very strategic location because it is near the Trans Java Toll Road and has direct access to the Gringsing Toll exit (5 minutes from the Gringsing Toll exit) and will be developed into an area which is TOD (Transit oriented development) oriented to facilitate business mobility in the regional area.

Grand Batang City is one of the National Strategic Projects so it receives full support from the government of the Republic of Indonesia in terms of marketing, operations, infrastructure and services to tenants through several ministries, state institutions and also BUMN.

Currently, Grand Batang City has opened 450 ha of land, and has sold it to 12 industrial tenants in less than 2 years. As a form of Grand Batang City's support for tenants and creating a complete and integrated area, ready-to-use factory buildings and warehouses are available which consist of 5 types, namely:

Type A: 1,220 sqm, 29 units
Type C: 1,800 sqm, 3 units
Type D: 558 sqm, 12 units
Type E: 267.5 sqm, 12 units
Warehouse Type: 1,138 sqm, 8 units

The building is made in a modular type so that it can be combined according to the required building area. The Batang integrated industrial area is also supported by electricity networks, clean water and liquid waste processing.
