Bekasi Timur Regensi

This is a project from PT. Cakrawala Nusa Dimensi (a subsidiary of PT. PMJ) located in Cimuning, East Bekasi. This project, which targets lower middle class consumers, was introduced in 2000 with an initial land area of 85 ha and continues to grow to 250 ha/phase 3, close to several Industrial areas and complete supporting facilities such as 24-hour security with a cluster system, playground/water tourism, places of worship, education and health make BTR housing quite popular, proven to be inhabited by more than 25,000 residents, this is also supported by easy access to namely via Tambun/East Bekasi Toll Access or Jl. Raya Narogong and Jl. Raya Setu Bantargebang. Through this project, CND, PMJ directly participates in the Government Program in providing Healthy/Eco Friendly Housing that is affordable and self-sufficient, as evidenced by the existence of Solar PJUs, wind power plants and education to residents about maintaining the housing environment.
