Morizora is an exclusive housing complex that combines the beauty of Japanese Tropical architecture with the sophistication of modern smarthome technology. The Morizora project is the result of an architectural collaboration that combines a global perspective with local expertise. To realize this vision, three renowned Japanese architects—Takahiro Fuwa, Masatsugu Wada, and Shoko Yuzawa—collaborated with Sontani + Partners, a local Indonesian architecture firm. They aimed to create a residential space that is not only aesthetic, but also harmonious, reflecting the fusion of Japanese architectural traditions and the richness of Indonesian culture.
Morizora was born from the development of a classy residential area that combines the balance of modern Japanese-style housing with environmentally friendly technology and the tranquility of the surrounding nature.
Mori is a Japanese word that means forest. In addition to its literal meaning, "mori" often symbolizes nature, tranquility, and beauty. Geographically, the Bogor area is surrounded by a number of forests and mountains, namely Mount Salak, Mount Pangrango and Mount Pancar
Zora (read: Sora) means sky. The sky often symbolizes freedom, hope, and potential. It gives a feeling of infinite space and can be a symbol of aspirations and dreams. In addition to being surrounded by forests and mountains, the Bogor area also has a sky that looks bluer and cleaner with a cooler air temperature than other areas in Jabodetabek.
