MONTHLY RATES FOR 2BR VILLA WITH PRIVATE POOL Land area: 80 sqm Building area: 150 sqm IDR 25,000,000/month DEPOSIT DETAILS Security Deposit (One-time, refundable): - IDR 10,000,000 The security deposit is paid once at check-in and refunded after check-out, provided there is no damage. Guests must notify us at least 7 days before check-out, as the refund process can take up to 7 days. Refunds will be made via cash or bank transfer, based on your original payment method. Electricity Deposit (covers 1-month consumption): - IDR 3,000,000 --- *EXTENSION POLICY* To extend your stay, guests must pay the room rent plus electricity deposit for the new month(s). You will retain the same monthly rate as your initial payment for the same duration. Example: - If you paid for 1 month, the same rate applies for 1-month extensions. - If you paid for 2 months upfront, the same rate applies for 2-month extensions. - Valid in multiples, up to a maximum stay of 1 year. Should there be any price changes, management will inform you at least 30 days in advance. Without notice, the extension price remains the same as your current rate.
