Ideal for both short-term and long-term guests looking for convenience, style, and great value at our 2 Bedroom Villa complex with private pool. * MONTHLY ROOM RATES FOR 2BR VILLA WITH PRIVATE POOL* - IDR 25,000,000/month --- * DEPOSIT DETAILS* Security Deposit (One-time, refundable): - IDR 10,000,000 The security deposit is payable once at check-in and refundable after check-out, provided there is no damage. Guests must notify us at least 7 days in advance before check-out, as the refund process can take up to 7 days. Refunds will be made via cash or bank transfer, depending on your original payment method. Electricity Deposit (used for 1-month consumption): - IDR 3,000,000 --- * EXTENSION POLICY* To extend your stay, guests are required to pay the room rent + electricity deposit for the new month(s). You will keep the same monthly rate as your initial payment for the same duration. Example: - If you pay for 1 month, the same rate applies for 1-month extensions. - If you pay for 2 months upfront, the same rate applies for 2-month extensions. - Valid in multiples, up to a maximum of 1 year stay. Should there be any price changes, management will inform you at least 30 days in advance. In the absence of notice, the extension price will remain the same as your current rate. Peak or high-season rates may vary. --- *⏱ CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT & GUEST REQUIREMENTS* - Check-in: 2:00 PM - Check-out: 12:00 PM Guests must present a valid passport upon check-in.
