THE DEMAK BINTORO TRADITIONAL JOGLO HOUSE is special because it is ANCIENT ORIGINAL with a JUMBO SIZE. This is very rare, as it is an Old House (original, not a new product), yet the quality of its teak remains flawless despite being decades or centuries old, proven not to rot with age. With large main pillars (diameter 22 cm) and height (450 cm), there are central pillars and supporting beams with large logs, making this Joglo house appear sturdy and towering. The overlapping layers of Jumbo Solid Beams and thick paneled Gebyok walls, combined with spacious and high rooms, make it suitable as a Residence/Villa/Restaurant/Musholla (prayer room), and it can be partitioned into rooms and expanded as needed due to its height.
