For sale, clove plantation land is already in production, all that remains is to be cared for and maintained to maximize the results. there are also coffee gardens and bananas as intercropping plants under clove trees. Regular fertilization will provide maximum results. Potential income per tree if well cared for 10-15 kg of dried cloves ready to sell. This means that if in 4,000m2 (40 acres) there will be 160 clove trees ready to produce, the dried cloves that can be produced are 10kg x 160 stems = 1600kg of cloves in one harvest. That still assumes a minimum income per tree. We have several locations, ranging from 40 acres to 3 hectares with varying prices.
