We bought the house in 2018 and fully paid it off in 2021. Then we renovated the surrounding fence to 2 meters high using 10 mm BRC iron and a sturdy iron gate. For the past 3 years, we have only lived there on Saturdays and Sundays (every two weeks), as we still reside in our old house in Depok and work in Cikarang. So, we only occasionally visit the house in Perumnas Dramaga for weekend holidays, relaxation, or just to get away (when we get bored in Depok). I installed 6 CCTV points because I like to casually monitor from afar when I miss the place. CCTV is very helpful for seeing the condition around the house in real-time. The developer's default PLN electricity was 900 watts (prepaid), and I upgraded it to 2,200 watts so you can drill something without disturbing the wife while doing laundry. Though small, because it is indeed an RSS (simple healthy house), it is fully equipped: a Daikin 1/2 PK AC (bought in 2022), a two-door refrigerator (2022), a new Samsung washing machine, a new Electrolux water heater, an old Denpo dispenser, and a new single-burner Rinai stove. There is a double bed guaranteed to be so soft that whoever wakes up first won't feel any vibration. Cool, right? The developer's original groundwater system is still strong, with a new Shimizu pump bought in 2024. We installed a 500-liter blue M-Poin water tank for easy cleaning because of its inverted cone shape. Rainwater from God, 75% returns to the ground via 7 biopore infiltration holes with depths varying from 50 cm to 200 cm. We paved the yard so rainwater is directly absorbed into the ground. For internet, we subscribe to a local provider (hakacomnet) paying 150K/month for CCTV and environmental lighting (Wi-Fi, sensors, and automated devices), so there's no need to manually switch lights on and off day or night. The best part is about car parking. In our garage, two cars can fit (small, medium, or long like Fortuner-Nissan Navara or double cabin). Motorcycles can also still fit. Why are we selling such a nice house? The practical answer is, we are about to retire and plan to move to another island in Kalimantan. Initially, we thought about retiring here. Hahaha. Oh, about the house's vibe: on the right side, it's close to rice fields, on the left side, there's a clothing store, and the neighbor in front is a doctor who works at Leuwiliang Hospital. The community there is generally calm—hardworking people: there are motorcycle taxi drivers, street vendors...
