THE DEMAK BINTORO TRADITIONAL JOGLO HOUSE is special because it is an ANCIENT ORIGINAL with a JUMBO SIZE. This is very rare, as it is an Old House (an original, not a new product), yet the quality of its teak wood remains perfect. Although it is decades or even hundreds of years old, it has been proven not to rot with age. With large main pillars (diameter 22 cm) and a height of 450 cm, along with central pillars and supporting beams made of large timber, this Joglo house stands sturdy and towering. The overlapping solid jumbo beams and thick paneled gebyok, combined with spacious and high rooms, make it suitable as a Residence/Villa/Restaurant/Prayer Room. It can also be partitioned into rooms and expanded as needed due to its height.
