Also near Hypermart, Azko, Toyota Cimanggis Workshop, GunaDharma University, Solaria (CimanggisSquare), Holland Bakery, BCA, BRI Mandiri, BNI Klp Dua, Mako Brimob, and just about 150 meters from Muqqarabin Mosque. The house is also only about 1,000 meters from Pal Market (public market) and Cisalak Market (1.5 km). Taxes (notary, etc.) can be split if possible. If you have a large family, besides comfortably parking inside or outside the garage, this location is easily accessible to the Trans Java and Trans Sumatra toll roads (via Merak Toll Road) by heading to the Cisalak 2 toll exit. We have lived here for 21 years, and the groundwater depth is only 16 meters, Alhamdulillah, it has never dried up even for a day. The water pump we use is a Sanyo brand; in 2020, only the jet nozzle was replaced. Great, right? 50 percent of rainwater is directly channeled into the ground via 5 biopore holes, each about 2 meters deep (we made and maintain these biopore holes ourselves). Around the house (front, sides, etc.), I have made nearly 50 biopore holes, but only about 33 are well-maintained; the rest have been covered by soil again. That's all, tired of writing. Hahaha....
