Smoking in rooms is prohibited and bringing pets into the boarding area and cooking inside rooms is prohibited. 2. Bringing sharp weapons/firearms and any type of drugs into the boarding area is prohibited. Any legal violations will be referred to the authorities [neighborhood association & police precinct & district police] 3. Overnight guests are prohibited. If staying overnight, must report and pay 150,000 per night. 4. Vehicle parking incurs a monthly fee. Must install additional security locks and the Owner/Guardian is not responsible for any form of damage & loss. 5. Completed laundry must be taken immediately and the Boarding House is not responsible if lost. 6. Occupants must maintain cleanliness in their rooms and the shared refrigerator [no colored plastic bags allowed] including the shared dispenser. 7. Room and bathroom cleaning will be done once a week according to schedule by the boarding admin and interior area cleaning is done daily. 8. Placing items outside rooms that may disturb other occupants' access is prohibited. 10. Boarding rent payment will be billed at the end of each month and must be paid via BCA bank transfer to Hector March [cash not accepted] and provide transfer proof to the boarding admin before the 3rd of each month. 11. Occupants must provide a name and mobile number that can be contacted in emergencies and occupants must sign a rental agreement & checklist upon initial entry & statement letter. 12. Any form of damage inside the room [electronics & bed furnishings & furniture] is the occupant's responsibility and will be deducted from the deposit. Occupants entering initially & occupants not renewing the lease must inform the boarding admin 10 days prior and moving items in/out on Monday - Friday [09.00 - 17.00] & Saturday [09.00 - 13.00].
