Rental payment is required upfront for a minimum of 6 months (every six months). All costs above exclude VAT. 3. Rental deposit is calculated based on 3 (three) months' rent + service charge, payable upon signing the lease agreement. 4. Telephone Deposit: IDR 3,000,000 per line.
