Grace Period: 1 (one) month from key/room handover. 9. Building Operation Hours: Monday – Sunday: 10:00 – 21:00 WIB (adjusted according to local government regulations if applicable). Overtime fee of Rp 100,000/hour applies for operations beyond shopping hours. Tenants starting activities before 10:00 WIB can enter via: a. Basement: 08:00 WIB b. Back Lobby: 09:00 WIB 10.
