A fully furnished room (120 x 200 spring bed, wardrobe, study desk, and chair). Air conditioning and an en-suite bathroom with a hot water shower (Solar Water Heater System centralized for all bathrooms, so hot water availability depends on weather conditions and shared usage). 2. Ample parking space for boarding house residents. Residents are free to bring their own vehicles (car or motorcycle) without additional charges. (Parking space is currently available, but availability may change at any time). 3. A shared living space equipped with a communal refrigerator. 4. WiFi provided by First Media (Speed up to 6 Mbps). 5. A shared kitchen complete with a stove and sink. (For simple cooking only, such as making instant noodles and frying eggs). NOTES: 1. The room rental fee does not include electricity. PLN electricity uses a prepaid/token system. (As a simulation: Normal usage with the AC running for 8 hours a day averages between IDR 70,000 to IDR 200,000 for a 900W meter). 2. We also provide regular laundry services at IDR 8,000,-/kg, so residents don’t need to go out looking for a laundry service. 3. Willingness to comply with boarding house rules (mandatory). Below are "some" of the rules that must be agreed to: a. Kitchen is only for simple cooking. b. Nailing walls or anything else is prohibited. c. Use regular (cold) water when washing. d. Guests of the opposite gender are only allowed outside the room (sorry, we do not accept LGBT). e. Only for employees. f. Smoking is only allowed outside the building. g. Laundry fees are separate from room rent. h. Electricity is self-paid. i. Comply with ALL boarding house rules WITHOUT EXCEPTION! j. The communal refrigerator should be used wisely. Immediately dispose of expired food items. k. Always turn off the AC when going to work, even though electricity is self-paid. Besides saving costs, it also indirectly helps reduce air pollution from PLN power plants. l. Always be alert for water leaks to avoid running out of water in the reservoir tank. m.
