This DEMAK BINTORO traditional JOGLO HOUSE is special because it's an ANTIQUE ORIGINAL with a JUMBO SIZE. This is very rare where an Old House (original, not a new product) but its teak quality is still perfect even though it is decades/hundreds of years old but has been proven not to be rotten with age. With large main pillars (diameter 22 cm) and height (450 cm), there are central pillars and Peracik with large beams so this Joglo house looks sturdy and towering. Tumpangsari from Jumbo Solid Beams and thick Gebyok Paneling with spacious and high rooms so it is suitable as a Residence/Villa/Restaurant/Mushola and can be made into rooms and widened as needed because of the height.
