This is very rare where the Old House (original, not a new product) still has perfect teak quality even though it is decades/hundreds of years old and has been proven not to rot with age. With large main pillars (d.22 cm) and height (450 cm), there are central pillars and Peracik with large beams making this Joglo house appear sturdy and towering. The Tumpangsari made of Jumbo Solid Beams and thick Panelan Gebyok with spacious and high rooms make it suitable as a Residence/Villa/Restaurant/Mushola and can be made into rooms and expanded as needed due to its height.
