It features Surrounding Gebyok with thick panels made from ex-MORTAR teak wood, and finely detailed 3D (dimensional) Kudusan Gebyok carvings from ex-Mortar teak planks, along with specially designed carved Tumpangsari and antique flooring from ex-SHIP HULL teak planks. Thus, this Joglo holds historical, antique, classic, and unique value with classy carvings and old, solid teak quality, ensuring durability proven by the age of the teak wood sourced from ex-old houses, Dutch hotels, mortars, and ship hulls.
