NON-AC ROOM There are 3 types of rooms: Rent = 800k per month or Rent = 650k per month or Rent = 500k per month Price differences are due to room size and electrical capacity. Room condition: - EMPTY AC ROOM Rent for EMPTY = Rp. 1,100,000,- / month, located on the upper floor. Electricity usage is self-topped up via token/pulsa. Large room, suitable for those with families. For both AC or NON-AC rooms, if interested in renting furnished: - Rent increase = 150k / month - Mandatory deposit (one-time payment) = 250k *Furnished: bed, wardrobe, fan* The 250k deposit (as a guarantee) will be refunded after room key handover via bank transfer if no items are missing/damaged when the occupant moves out. Rooms can be rented empty or furnished, payment via BCA TRANSFER If interested and serious, please make payment via BCA BANK TRANSFER, NOT CASH Room key handover after payment is received by the rental owner.
