This project is designed to help address the national housing shortage (backlog) and provide residential solutions that meet the basic principles of decent housing, such as safety, privacy, access to water and electricity, and functional spaces. The project's concept focuses on delivering affordable homes, often in collaboration with government programs, to ensure more Indonesian families have access to stable and adequate housing as a foundation for their lives. Two types of housing units are offered: the first is a two-bedroom type measuring 2.6 meters by 10.1 meters, with a land area of 26.3 square meters and a building area of 23.4 square meters. This unit includes a mezzanine floor as an additional space. The second type is a one-bedroom unit, measuring 2.6 meters by 9.6 meters, with a land area of 25 square meters and a building area of 14 square meters. Despite their compact size, both types come equipped with a living room, kitchen, bathroom, terrace, and carport.
