Description

This project is designed to help address the national housing shortage (backlog) and provide housing solutions that meet the basic principles of decent living, such as being safe, private, having access to water and electricity, and featuring functional spaces. The project concept focuses on providing affordable housing, often in collaboration with government programs, to ensure more Indonesian families have access to stable and decent homes as the foundation of their lives. Two types of housing are offered: the first is a two-bedroom unit measuring 2.6 meters by 10.1 meters, with a land area of 26.3 square meters and a building area of 23.4 square meters. This unit includes a mezzanine floor as additional space. The second type is a one-bedroom unit, measuring 2.6 meters by 9.6 meters, with a land area of 25 square meters and a building area of 14 square meters. Although compact, both types come equipped with a living room, kitchen, bathroom, terrace, and carport.
