This Executive Monthly Boarding Feels Like a Hotel near Ciputra World Surabaya is specifically intended for Young Executives, both Men and Women. One room is only for 1 person (individual). However, we provide free facilities (free of charge) for 4 days a month specifically for family/relatives (Father/Mother/Husband/Wife/Child/Older Sibling/Younger Sibling/Sibling) to visit and stay in the boarding room. As of August 12, 2024, there are 2 (two) vacant rooms for DAUGHTERS. The boarding room occupants are Young Executives/Professionals including Managers, Auditors, Junior Doctors, Consultants from various well-known companies from Jakarta, Bandung, Semarang, Bali, Semarang, Jogja, and other cities assigned to Surabaya. Rental cost Rp. 1,750,000,- / month paid in advance with complete facilities as follows: Room and Personal Facilities: Bed, Table, Chair, Teak Wood Wardrobe, Towel Rack, TV, AC, Ensuite Bathroom. Free laundry for 1 set (shirt & pants) per day. Does not include underwear, t-shirts, jackets, towels, etc. If you request laundry service for underwear, etc., please give it to our staff with a reasonable washing fee directly. Free room cleaning and spraying by our staff. Free electricity for TV, AC, laptop, radio, and also free use of PDAM water & drinking water. Shared Facilities: Refrigerator, Hot and Cold Dispenser, gallon drinking water, eating/drinking utensils, kitchen, rice cooker, toaster, free wi-fi, motorcycle parking. The Boarding Room is separate from the main house, making it comfortable to come and go from the room, provided with 3 keys: gate key, stairs key, and room key. If the occupant wants to add special personal facilities in the room such as bringing a refrigerator, iron, hair dryer, and other high-wattage heating appliances, an additional fee of Rp. 75,000,- to Rp. 100,000,-/month will be charged depending on the appliance to be used. Car parking is charged Rp. 100,000,-/month. Especially for Muslims, free full-month suhoor meals are provided on the 1st Floor. To maintain privacy, security, comfort, and ensure that the occupants are good people, before moving in, it is MANDATORY to fill out and agree to the Boarding Agreement form first. According to the Government Circular from RT/RW/Kelurahan/Kecamatan, boarding occupants must be registered and are prohibited from criminal activities, drugs, and asocial behavior.
