Surrounding the boarding house, there are many food sellers offering delicious and affordable options for students. Close to Viva Factory and Orang Tua Factory. To the right of the boarding house is an Indomaret. Motorcycle parking available. CCTV available. Kitchen equipped with a stove and LPG. Refrigerator available. Clean and smooth PDAM water supply. The boarding fee already includes electricity and LPG usage as needed (not for food trading in the boarding house). Free entry and exit hours, each tenant has their own key.
