This DEMAK BINTORO traditional JOGLO HOUSE is special because it is made of SPECIAL ANCIENT TEAK with JUMBO SIZE. This is very rare where an Old House (original, not a new product) but the quality of the teak is still very perfect even though it is decades/hundreds of years old but it has been proven not to be rotten with age. With large Soko Guru (diameter 22 cm) and height (450 cm), there is Soko Tengahan and Peracik with large beams so that this joglo house looks sturdy and towering. Tumpangsari made of Jumbo Solid Beams and thick Gebyok Panelan with spacious and high rooms, making it suitable as a Residence/Villa/Restaurant/Mushola and can be made into rooms and widened as needed due to its height.
