Monthly rate is valid for guest who stayed with minimum 30 nights consecutively and pay the total amount at one time. 2. Yearly rate is valid for guest who stayed with minimum 365 nights consecutively and pay the total amount at one time. 3. Rate are inclusive of 10% Government Tax and agent's commission (10% for Daily& Monthly and 5% for Yearly) 4. CHECK IN / CHECK OUT: Check in is 14:00 Hrs and check out is 12:00 Hrs. Every effort will be made to accommodate requests for late check out. Otherwise, a 50 % charge will apply for 18:00 Hrs Late Check Out and 100 % charge after 18:00 Hrs. Early check in will be granted the same courtesy if accommodations are available.
