THE DEMAK BINTORO TRADITIONAL JOGLO HOUSE is special because it's an ANCIENT ORIGINAL with a JUMBO SIZE. This is extremely rare, as it is an Old House (an original, not a new product), yet the quality of its teak remains perfect. Despite being decades or even centuries old, it has proven not to rot with age. With large main pillars (diameter 22 cm) and height (450 cm), along with central pillars and supporting beams with hefty logs, this Joglo house stands robust and towering. The structure features Jumbo Solid Beams and thick paneled Gebyok walls, with spacious and high rooms, making it ideal as a Residence/Villa/Restaurant/Prayer Room. It can also be partitioned into rooms and expanded as needed due to its height.
