Description

This traditional Kudus Joglo House is a HIGHEST-LEVEL JOGLO ART PIECE due to its complex construction and intricate carvings. It features full perimeter Gebyok (carved partitions) made from thick planks of repurposed teak from LUMPANG (rice pounders), with finely detailed 3D (dimensional) carvings on Kudusan-style Gebyok panels, also crafted from repurposed teak planks from Lumpang. The Tumpangsari (supporting structures) are specially designed with carvings, and the antique flooring is made from repurposed teak planks from ship hulls. Thus, this Joglo holds historical, antique, classic, and unique value with classy carvings and quality aged, solid teak wood. Its durability has been proven over time, as the teak wood originates from old houses, Dutch hotels, rice pounders, and ship hulls. Specifications: • Aged Teak Wood Material (repurposed from old wooden houses, rice pounders, & ship planks) • Main Pillars (Soko Guru): 20 cm • Specially carved & finely detailed Tumpangsari with 2 open levels (13 inner steps & 5 outer steps) • Eave span (front x side): 935 x 1080 cm • Gebyok + porch span (front x side): 800 x 950 cm • Gebyok span (front x side): 800 x 865 cm • 3D carved Gebyok panels from repurposed teak planks (ex-rice pounders) • Full perimeter Gebyok panels from repurposed teak planks (ex-rice pounders) • Antique house flooring from repurposed teak planks (ex-wooden ships) • Mantili roof tiles • Polished finish Note: • This Joglo is 'knockdown' (disassembled), and we only sell the Joglo structure. • Photos & videos above show the Joglo unfinished (natural wood color). • Polishing finish will be applied upon disassembly. Beware of scams!!! The quality of the teak wood & the class of carvings greatly determine the value of this Traditional Kudus Joglo House. With premium materials (ex-old house teak, rice pounders, ship decks) & high-class carvings (3D carvings), it will make your collection more antique & pride-worthy, serving as an increasingly priceless investment that stands the test of time. • You get what you pay for • Please look at the video • Trust and customer satisfaction are our business goals • Just see, check, & feel it ~ We are different
