Bagi yang belum mengetahui cek zonasi tanah di mana, dulu kita bisa mengunjungi halaman www.atrbpn.go.id/peta.
Namun, sekarang sudah ada aplikasi BHUMI ATR/BPN yang menyajikan data status tanah di bidang yang sudah terdaftar, kawasan terdaftar maupun area yang belum terdaftar.
Berikut adalah cek zona tanah online:
- Kunjungi halaman website https://bhumi.atrbpn.go.id.
- Klik “Kunjungi BHUMI” di pojok kanan atas.
- Bila muncul pop up “Pernyataan”, selanjutnya klik “Saya Setuju”.
- Cari lokasi tanah yang ingin dicek zonasinya melalui kolom “Cari Lokasi”.
- Ketik lokasi yang Anda cari, lalu tekan enter pada keyboard.
- Sorot bidang tanah dan klik tanda tambah (+) bila ingin memperbesar gambar.

Selain itu, Anda bisa melakukan pencarian berdasarkan koordinat.
Caranya klik tanda panah di samping tanda tambah (+), kemudian pilih “Pencarian Koordinat”.
Nanti akan muncul gambar seperti di bawah ini.

Ada pula opsi “Pencarian Bidang” dengan menggunakan Nomor Identifikasi Bidang (NIB) atau nomor hak sesuai sertifikat atau Nomor Identifikasi Bidang Elektronik (NIBEL) untuk menemukan bidang tanah yang dicari.

Informasi yang tampil pada peta BHUMI ATR BPN tersebut bisa dicetak, serta diunduh ke perangkat pribadi.
