Bersumber dari Peraturan Pemerintah (PP) Nomor 128 Tahun 2015 tentang Jenis dan Tarif Atas Jenis Penerimaan Negara Bukan Pajak Yang Berlaku Pada Kementerian ATR/BPN, berikut adalah rincian biaya buat sertifikat rumah:
Biaya Pengukuran
Pengukuran dan pemetaan batas bidang tanah di lokasi dilakukan oleh petugas kantor pertanahan. Berikut rincian biayanya:
Luas tanah sampai 10 hektare, TU = (L / 500 x HSBKU) + Rp.100.000
Luas tanah antara 10 hektare sampai 1000 hektare, TU = (L / 4000 x HSBKU) + Rp.14.000.000
Luas tanah antara di atas 1000 hektare, TU = (L / 10000 x HSBKU) + Rp.134.000.000
Jika sudah mengumpulkan persyaratan, langkah berikutnya tentu saja adalah mengikuti proses pembuatan sertifikat rumahnya.
